libboost-timer1.61.0 software package provides C++ wall clock and CPU process timers, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libboost-timer1.61.0
libboost-timer1.61.0 is installed in your system.
